Most of the teenagers prefer to eat junk food. So how can you make them start eating healthily? Here are some tips to help you:
Sneak vegetables in their favourite foods
Put vegetables inside the food they like without them knowing. For example you could put small pieces of zucchini or mushrooms in spaghetti with meat balls or mince broccoli in scrambled eggs.
Make a juice with fruits and vegetables!
Try to make your own juices at home. Put apple and orange together with carrot. Or even just orange. It’s a good way to make your teenager stop drinking sugary drinks.
Make healthy recipes with chocolate
Try making something healthy and mix it with chocolate. You could make chocolate oatmeal for breakfast or chocolate zucchini waffles.
