AHEPA CELEBRATED THE 25TH OF MARCH WITH A REMARKABLE TRIBUTE TO THE HEROES

Ahepa paid tribute to 25th of March with a unique celebration.

The raise of the Greek flag was a special moment that took place in the yard of Bayside Council, in the presence of the Greek consul of Sydney Mr Christos Karras, the mayor of Bayside Council Bill Saravinovski, the President of AHEPA NSW & NZ Mr John Kallimanis and many representatives of the Australian Government.

A celebration followed inside the town hall.

The Greek students made a memorable impression as they recited poems about the Greek Independence Day and afterwards there were dances from Greek associations.
