Hold up at Military Road service station

Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery at a petrol station in Grange.

At 5.10am, an alarm was raised at the service station on Military Road and upon arrival police discovered that up to four men had entered the store and threatened the staff member with tyre irons.

They fled the store with cigarettes and the staff member’s wallet and were last seen running from the store to a waiting late model white Holden Commodore.

The operator was not physically injured but is receiving treatment from paramedics.

All four suspects had black bandanas, covering their faces. One of them was of Caucasian appearance with a skinny build, while another was of Aboriginal appearance with a medium build.
