Police investigate armed robbery – Riverwood

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a pizza store at Riverwood overnight.

A man entered the store on Belmore Road about 8.45pm (Thursday 26 November 2015) armed with a knife.

The man confronted three employees and threatened them with the knife, demanding cash.

He fled with a small amount of money and police were alerted.

Officers from St George Local Area Command attended and commenced inquiries.

Police are appealing for public assistance as they attempt to identify the man involved.

He’s described as being approximately 170cm tall, with olive skin, dark eyes and with a muscular build.
