The Russians had announced that they will send S-400 rockets in Syria.  With this way the threat for Turkey would be more immediate.

Some people considered that this was only a threat from Russians.  But Russians are been determined and outraged by the Turks, so from yesterday their S-400 rockets are already in Syria.
