HOW YOU CAN MAKE EXERCISE FUN

For many people exercising is something boring so they avoid it. Exercise is important for our health both mental and physical. Read the following texts to see how you can make exercise fun.

1. Exercise with a friend

Don’t do it alone. Call a friend or more than one and go out to run or walk together. You will see that this will be better than walking around the street alone.

2. Put an aim

If you are the kind of person who loves challenges set an aim for yourself. For example walking 6000 steps per day.

3. Do something you like

Don’t start exercise with something that you find boring even it promises that you will lose weight fast. Try to play a sport like basketball or start yoga.

4. Don’t overdo it

Don’t do something that is over your limits. Exercise as much as you can and set goals easy goals if you are beginner.
