Sugar is like salt, is inside most of the foods we eat. Especially our favourite food which is usually chocolate or ice cream. Sugar has many advantages but also more disadvantages. Here are some of the reasons why you should quit eating sugar.
1. More energy
Did you think that sugar gives energy to your body? Our body has the energy it needs naturally so we don’t really need sugar for that. Sugar prevents our body from keeping the right levels of energy and that’s one of the reasons some of us can’t sleep at night.
2. More stable weight
You will not lose weight from the first week you quit sugar but your weight will be more stable and you will not gain kilos that easily. If you eat the normal amounts of foods that’s it.
3. Better memory
You will remember more things and will not forget easily if you stop eating sugar because this sweet substamce is slowly damaging some cells in your brain that help your memory.
