Ingredients
1¼ cup of teaflour
3/4 cup of tea sugar
1/4 cup of tea cocoa
1½ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup of tea milk
2 tablespoons melt butter
1 cup of tea sugar
1/4 cup of tea cocoa
1 1/3 cup of tea biled water
1 vanilla
Method
In a bowl put the flour, the sugar, the cocoa , the baking powder, the salt, the vanilla and stir well. Add the butter and the milk and stir with a balloon whisk.
Butter a small square fireproof utensil. Pour the mixture in it. In a bowl mix the sugar with cocoa and then sprinkle with it the mixture. Pour slowly to boiling water.
Bake the chocolate pie at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes, just enough for it to stabilise. Do not cut! Serve with a spoon, ice cream or a little cream.
