What are the defects?
The lamp may have loose connections at the cord line switch.
What are the hazards?
There is a risk of electric shock or fire when the lamp is used.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the lamp immediately and disconnect it from the power supply. Consumers will be contacted directly by mail, email or phone and asked to return the lamp using bubble wrap and free post envelopes provided by EziBuy.
Consumers will be given a full refund, plus a $20 EziBuy voucher.
