It’s summer. And of course its’s hot outside. But what can we do in order to sweat less?
1. Drink water
Water helps our temperature stay at a normal level. When you feel hot drink cold water so you can decrease your temperature.
2. Don’t eat spicy food
Spicy food makes your temperature increase and as a result you sweat more than necessary.
3. Don’t wear many clothes
The more layers of clothes the more you sweat. Keep your outfit light and when it’s too hot wear clothes made of cotton.
4. Avoid caffeine
Caffeine also helps your body increase its temperature so the less you drink coffee the better.
