If we don’t sleep well at night we will look tired and grumpy in the morning. How can we prevent that?
1. Exercise
Exercise might be the last thing you want to do in the morning but it’s the best thing you can do to wake your body up.
2. Cold water
Going to the bathroom and splashing your face with cold water should be one of the first things you do every morning.
3. Drink water
Is an advice you have probably heard everywhere. It’s very important to hydrate yourself all the time not just in the morning.
4. Put cold spoons
Before you sleep put two spoons in the freezer. When you wake up put these two cold spoons over your eyes. Old but gold.
