Our hair goes through so many things everyday. Straightening, curling and now that is summer the sun which damages our hair.
1. Massage your hair
When you are having a shower massage your hair with your shampoo for one or two minutes. This will help both in the growth and health.
2. Conditioner
Don’t use conditioner in the roots! Apply conditioner in the tips of your hair and with circular motions spread it to as many hair as you can.
3. Don’t brush when wet
Some women think that when your hair is wet is easier to untangle the knots. That’s not really true. When you brush your wet hair it makes it easier for it to break.
4. Cold water
One minute before you finish your shower rinse your hair with cold water for a few seconds. It will make your hair look shiny.
