A lot of people take a few hours of sleep every night. Some because of work some because they just like staying up late even though they have to wake up early. Your body needs sleep so you won’t develop diseases in the future. See some of the signs that you need to sleep more:
1. You bump more into things
When you haven’t slept properly your mind is not working well so you cause more accidents than usual.
2. You can fall asleep easily
If you are sitting on the couch and you realise that your eyes are closing every 5 minutes that means that you need to sleep a bit more.
3. You forget
If you don’t remember where you put your keys or forgot what you needed to take with you at work more times than usual then that’s a sign of exhaustion.
