CYCLISTS ARE FORCED TO STOP RACE AFTER BEING BLOWN OFF THEIR SADDLES

Organisers of the Cape Town Cycle Tour in South Africa were forced to stop the 109km race after cycle racers were struggling to stand upright. The wind was more than 100km per hour and because of the fear that the competitors could be injured or killed the race was put to a halt.
