A fisherman uploaded a video on social media that shows him brutalizing a turtle but it didnt go well.  One of the people who watched the video denounced the fisherman.  The po Port Authority of Katerini figured out the details of the fisherman made legal procedures to punish the unscrupulous fisherman.  Watch the video below.
