NEKTARIA : A YOUNG GIRL WITH HEART DISEASE WHO DOESN’T GIVE UP

On Valentime’s day, Nektaria Anastasopoulou uploaded on her facebook a video which has hit one million views. Nektaria talked about her heart disease and her life, explaining that nothing is wrong with her because she feels loved. 14 February was Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Day and the 18 year old encouraged people to help the organisation ‘I kardia tou pediou’. One of her advices was to not be afraid to talk freely about your heart disease, if you have one, and not feel uncomfortable because as long as you love then your heart is fine.
