Shock causes the new evidence about the assassin who killed Curtis Cheng, the man who worked in NSW police finance department for 17 years and was loved by his colleagues. The assassin was fifteen years old, with an Iraqi-Kurdish background, born in Iran but was also an Australian citizen. From what witnesses said, the boy screamed ”Allah Allah” before he started shooting. The victim had two children, one boy and one girl who are left now without a father. ”We believe his actions were politically motivated and therefore linked to terrorism” the police commissioner, Andrew Scipione said about the boy’s actions.
