After finding out that Russians athletes were doped in Beijing they decided to check all the athletes’ blood samples that they had. IOC found illegal substances in Pigi’s sample. Now, eight years later, they want her to give back the bronze medal that she got in Beijing in 2008 and the medal that she won in 2007.
