COLD CAKE WITH BISCUITS

Ingredients

2 packets of stuffed cookies

300 gr. chocolate

2 tablespoons honey

50 gr. butter

a few drops of vanilla liquid

caster sugar for the serving

ice cream for the serving

Method
Butter small oblong cake tin. Break the biscuits into small pieces. No crumbs. In double boiler put the chopped chocolate with butter. Leave over medium heat a few minutes to melt. Stir regularly. Remove it from heat and add the honey, vanilla and cookies. Stir well. Pour the cold cake in the form. Cover with cling film and let it chill for about 3 hours until it is tight. With a knife dipped in hot water cold loosen the cake from the walls. We turn it upside down in a platter. Cut into slices. Sprinkle with caster sugar and serve the cold cake with a scoop of ice cream.
