FOOD RECALL – IKEA—CHOKLAD MÖRK 60%, and CHOKLAD MÖRK 70%
IKEA wants customers who have bought dark chocolate CHOKLAD MÖRK 60% and CHOKLAD MÖRK 70% to be informed that presence of milk and hazelnuts is insufficiently declared on the product packaging. The products are safe for anyone not allergic to milk or hazelnuts.
Defect:
IKEA recalls CHOKLAD MÖRK 60%, 100g dark chocolate and CHOKLAD MÖRK 70%, 100g dark chocolate, due to insufficiently declared presence of milk and hazelnuts.
Hazard:
Persons who are allergic to milk or hazelnuts may experience an allergic reaction if eating the products. The products are safe to eat for anyone who is not allergic to milk or hazelnuts.
What to do:
The recall affects all Best Before Dates of CHOKLAD MÖRK 60% and CHOKLAD MÖRK 70%. The Best Before Date can be found on the reverse side of the chocolate bar (YYYY/MM/DD).
Customers who are allergic to milk or hazelnuts, or otherwise concerned, are welcome to return the affected products to any IKEA store for a full refund.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required for a full refund.
