The celebration of the Greek Independence Day was very impressive in Sydney!
It was like a celebration in Greece and maybe even better!!!
The love for Greece was evident from the facial expressions of all the Greeks who attended the celebration and even more evident from those who marched.
The stars of the day were the Greek students who marched with pride.
The parade was covered from Greekaus.com from the beginning till the end, moving all the Greeks around the world!
The celebration started with a Memorial Service and Wreath Laying at Cenotaph, Martin Place, followed by a parade from Martin Place to Opera House and it was concluded with speeches and Greek dances at Opera House.
