Man stabbed – North Avoca

About 11.30am, today (Friday 28 October 2016), emergency services were called to Leeside Road, North Avoca, following reports a man had been stabbed.

NSW Ambulance Paramedics treated a 46-year-old man at the scene for a stab wound before being airlifted to hospital.

Officers attached to Brisbane Water Local Area Command have established a crime scene and are currently investigating circumstances surrounding the incident.

A man is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
