Woman and child found dead – Hillsdale
Police are investigating after the bodies of a woman and child were found in Sydney’s east today.
About 1.20pm (Monday 13 March 2017), emergency services were called to a unit on Grace Campbell Crescent, Hillsdale, following a concern for welfare report.
Officers from Botany Bay Local Area Command discovered the bodies of a woman and a boy inside. They are yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene has been established and will be examined by forensic officers.
Detectives are continuing with their investigations.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
