GREEK FLAG RAISING CEREMONY IN SYDNEY FOR “OXI” DAY

On Friday, October 28^th there will be a public flag raising and star ceremony where will solemnly commemorate the 76^th Anniversary of  OXI (NO) DAY 1940 and the gallantry and sacrifice of more than 17,000 Anzacs who served with distinction in the Battle of Crete and the Greek Campaign.

The ceremony will take place at the Northern steps of the Anzac Memorial Hyde Park South at 4pm
