A bat inflected with a serious deadly Lyssavirus was found at the popular West End markets to Brisbane.  The bat was found almost dead to Davies Park and was tested positive for bat Lyssavirus.  We don’t know yet if there are same  incidents to other places.  Whoever had been in touch with the bat must call immediately to 13 432 584.  The doctor Kari Jarvinen said anyone who touched the bat could have been exposed to virus.  So they must call for an immediate treatment to prevent a very serious and usually lethal disease.  Six people have been died from Lyssa virus since 1996.  The exposure to the virus can be done either by a bat bite or scratch than can anyone suffer trying to help a bat to be saved.  If anyone see a sick or injured bat he should not touch her but must call immediately to 1300 130 372 or to RSPCA to 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625).
