Police operation – Merrylands

A police operation is underway in Merrylands, in Sydney’s west this morning (Wednesday 2 December 2015)..

The searches are being conducted under the powers of firearms prohibition orders which were previously served on a number of men linked to the addresses being searched.

As this is an ongoing operation, no further details are currently available but we will endeavour to provide an update later today.
