Bullet hole found in parked car – South Granville

Police are investigating a public place shooting at South Granville this morning.

About 5am today (Monday 10 August 2015), a man reported he’d found what appeared to be a bullet hole in his car, which was parked on The Trongate.

He told police he’d heard a loud noise about 4.15am.

A crime scene has been established by officers from Rosehill Local Area Command, and an investigation is now underway.

So far, there have been no reports of anyone being injured.

A canvass of the neighbourhood has been conducted.
