Man stabbed, woman arrested – Dulwich Hill

A woman has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Sydney’s Inner West tonight.

Emergency services were called to a unit on The Boulevarde, Dulwich Hill, following reports that a man had been stabbed around 9.30pm (Sunday 12 December 2017).

Officers from Marrickville Local Area Command attended and found a 74-year-old man with stab wounds to his stomach and leg.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Officers arrested a 55–year-old woman, who was taken to Newtown Police Station where she is currently assisting with inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and it will be examined by forensics officers.
