Police appeal following aggravated act of indecency to a little girl – Kogarah

Police are appealing for information following an aggravated act of indecency towards a 13 year old girl yesterday in Kogarah.

About 9am on Thursday 7 April 2016, a 13-year-old girl was walking north-west along Victor Street when she noticed an unknown man following her.

The man then spoke to the girl and exposed himself. The girl left the area and alerted the principal at a nearby school who contacted police.

Officers attached to St George Local Area Command attended and commenced investigations.

As inquiries continue police would like to speak to a man who may be able to assist them.

He is described as being of Asian appearance, aged between 20-30 years, about 175cm tall, of slim build with short dark hair and no facial hair.

He was seen wearing a black t-shirt, possibly with a white design on the front, and black shoes.
