The building of the Greek association ”Prasino Arkadias” that is located to 50-56 Batman Street in Melbourne was sold to an overseas investor for $8.78!!!

The purchase was made by an overseas investor that has a small offshore company and wants with this investment to foray in Australian market.  As the agent told, the investor intends to do about 70 to 90 apartments and it is estimated that the square price will be $10.115! 

The Arkadian Association was established in 1965 by immigrants of Prasino Arkadias and they have bought this building about 30 years ago.
