Man charged with possessing child exploitation material

A 33-year-old man from Adelaide’s northern suburbs has been charged with aggravated possession of child exploitation material after he was detected using the internet to locate illegal material.
Police will allege the circumstances of aggravation are that the children depicted in the child exploitation material are under the age of 14 years.
The man was arrested by detectives from the Special Crimes Investigation Branch last night.
He has been granted bail and is expected to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 11 November.
